At fiber & fringe, we want to connect artists who have collected more materials and tools than they will ever be able to use with those who want to try a new hobby, who don't have the resources for new materials and equipment or who want to live a sustainable life by re-using, re-cycling and re-purposing previously owned materials. We collect donations from companies, stores and artists and distribute those materials and tools to the community in order to revive the art of handmade textiles.

At fiber & fringe, we believe in quality, community, and creativity. We strive to provide high-quality resources and tools to help our community of sewers create beautiful and functional projects, while fostering a sense of community and collaboration. No matter if you have an interest in sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, weaving, felting, spinning, etc. we are here for you.

We offer a variety of services and resources to help you take your textile skills to the next level. From materials and tools to classes, tutorials and patterns, we've got everything you need to succeed. Once a month we offer a supply distribution day, where you can come in and discover some treasures: yarn with knitting needles and the instruction for a top you always wanted to knit or fabrics and all necessary notions for a skirt you want to learn to sew. Experienced staffers will give you advice and recommendations, depending on your level of knowledge.
